1. The software

NexorPanel ("the software") is a self-hosted hosting control panel that you install on servers you control. These terms cover the use of the software, of this website and of the paid plans and services sold here.

2. Plans and licenses

The free plan may be used on one server with up to 10 websites. Paid plans extend these limits as described on the pricing page and come with a license key bound to your account. A license key is personal to the account that bought it and may not be resold or shared beyond the number of servers the plan covers.

3. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each monthly or yearly period through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and no partial refunds are made for unused time unless required by law.

4. Installation and setup service

The installation service is a one-time paid service. We agree on secure access to your server with you directly and never ask for passwords through the order form. If we cannot complete the work for reasons on our side, the payment is refunded in full.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your servers, the content hosted on them, your backups and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use the software to host illegal content, send spam or attack other systems.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Material changes to paid plans are announced by email before they apply to you.
