Questions and answers

Which operating systems are supported?

Debian 12 or newer and Ubuntu 22.04 or newer, on amd64 or arm64. The installer refuses to run anywhere else instead of half-installing.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. One server with up to 10 websites and every core section, forever, with updates. Upgrade only when you need more.

Does NexorPanel need its own database server?

No. The panel keeps its accounts, sites and log in a single file; copying that file is a complete backup of the panel.

Can I manage more than one server?

Yes. Install the agent on each machine with the same script and add it in the panel. Business includes up to 10 servers.

How do updates work?

Run the installer again, or let the panel update itself. Packages are versioned and every download is checked against SHA256SUMS.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Any time, from your account. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then the server falls back to the free plan.

Which languages does the panel speak?

English, Russian, German, Polish, Ukrainian and Belarusian. Each user picks a language, and the API answers in it too.
